VP/Director, Sales

(Remote) Account-based marketing company seeking a new VP/Director of Sales. This position will play a pivotal role in driving client success by selling account-based lead generation programs to top brands and agencies in B2B, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals that deliver measurable return on investment.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to support long-term growth.

  • Proactively identify, engage, and close high-value lead generation opportunities with marketers in IT, Cybersecurity, FinTech, and GovTech.

  • Leverage existing relationships with CMOs, VPs of Demand Generation, Growth Marketing leaders, and agency decision-makers.

  • Develop customized proposals that align with clients' goals and demonstrate measurable KPIs.

  • Represent company at industry events, conferences, and virtual forums

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Proven track record in ABM lead generation, content syndication, and demand generation.

  • Expertise with CRM tools and sales platforms

  • Strong network of relationships with senior marketing leaders and decision-makers in B2B tech, IT, and cybersecurity industries.

  • Skilled at identifying client needs and aligning tailored solutions to deliver measurable return on investment
