(Northeast) A medical communications company is seeking a VP, Account Group Supervisor. This role will cover a broad area of account development and overseeing delivery, developing partnership relationships with clients. Projects might include traditional CRM, full omnichannel CX, or supporting a team building new digital experiences. This role will work closely with other members of the account team, project management, and cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage projects and account responsibilities, working as a team player

  • Set the strategic direction for client engagements and projects, maintain project vision while possessing a deep understanding of project details, identify and plan ideal solutions to meet clients business needs

  • Proactively provide clients with strategic insight and problem solving on a consistent basis

  • Ensures all strategies, creative and tactics developed support the brand positioning

  • Identify up-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue beyond original contracted amount

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities

  • Supervise the management of accounts and development of the account team

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:

  • 7 years minimum of relevant account management experience

  • Experience with digital marketing, web builds, omnichannel, customer experience and/or CRM

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Medical communications experience a must
