Senior Account Director

(Remote) Medical communications company seeking a Senior Account Director. This role will work autonomously to develop and build relationships with client organizations. Key goals include increasing visibility of core capabilities, working to retain talent, and guiding the team to ensure it delivers value.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the development of proposals and tactical plans

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multiple clients’ businesses and marketplace

  • Serve as a point of authority for therapeutic areas of assigned accounts

  • Ensure work is completed within budget by project

  • Optimize agency services, processes, deliverables, and internal resources

  • Staff, manage, and mentor account teams, directing members to accomplish goals and maintain client expectations

  • Seek growth opportunities for current accounts and new accounts associated with clients

  • Prepare and present account forecasts

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing

  • Ability to travel within the US and internationally as necessary, based on project and organizational needs

  • Ability to work on a variety of projects across multiple accounts

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills
