EVP, Sales
Design-focused materials marketplace company looking for an EVP of Sales to lead its sales organization globally. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic brand partnerships, and helping shape the next phase of GTM. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic mix of executive presence, commercial instinct, and operational discipline. A hands-on role, operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment that prioritizes urgency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Lead sales organizations across North America and Europe, driving revenue growth and strategic market expansion.
Manage and coach high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, competitiveness, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies using platform analytics and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the architecture and design industry through strategic partnerships, site visits, and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and creative teams to shape commercial strategy, develop impactful sales materials, and support business growth initiatives.
Represent the organization at key industry events, partner meetings, and client engagements to strengthen brand presence and deepen industry relationships.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:
10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering consistent commercial results.
Experienced in leading high-performing teams while balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution and day-to-day leadership.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Analytical and data-driven, experienced in using reporting, insights, modern sales technologies, and AI-powered tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in architecture, design, building products, construction, or related industries,
Ability to travel
