SVP Client Partnerships

(Remote/NJ) Well-known medical communications company looking for a talented SVP, Client Partnerships - Oncology to join its growing team. This role is responsible for identifying and accelerating revenue growth in key markets and will require new business development. This is a client-facing position and being seen as a valued client partner is critical. Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills with the presence to work with client corporate and brand partners are a must. This position will report to the General Manager.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy in Oncology

  • Achieve revenue and growth targets by generating new business opportunities

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop new senior level relationships, nurture and grow existing relationships to maximize revenue potential

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, revenue targets, and progress against strategic plans

  • Serve as a key member of the executive team and contribute to the overall direction and strategy of the organization

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience in Oncology required

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth, sales and marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execution in high-growth environments

  • Demonstrated revenue forecasting and pipeline management
