Digital Strategy Lead, Digital Engagement

(Remote) Medical communications company seeking a new Digital Strategy Lead. This role will serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, guiding the planning, and execution of digital initiatives. This role blends business strategy, digital innovation, and user-centered thinking to create meaningful, measurable impact. Will lead digital discovery, architect campaign plans, and drive integrated solutions across web, content, and engagement platforms.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop digital strategies across content, channels, and technology tailored to client business priorities

  • Oversee execution of strategic plans with internal teams

  • Craft journey maps, channel matrices, strategic roadmaps, and tactical plans.

  • Present ideas, strategies, and performance reports to client stakeholders

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve service offerings, pitch decks, and client growth strategies

  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover client needs, user goals, and business objectives

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or digital transformation, ideally in agency, healthcare, or med-comm settings

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical communications

  • Proven success developing and implementing multichannel digital strategies

  • Comfort in client-facing roles with strong facilitation and presentation skills
