Account Manager

(Remote) Top book production firms seeking an account manager. This role will be responsible for managing a pool of existing clients and working to grow annual revenue tied to those accounts.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a pool of existing accounts in Salesforce, providing regular reports.

  • Building upon industry knowledge to become well versed in editorial, production, and digital services offerings to clients

  • Identifying and closing opportunities with accounts to pair up client needs with relevant services

  • Grow overall revenue value year over year

  • Coordinating with staff on pricing requests and proposals

  • Collaborating with Marketing team on messaging about services

  • Following up on occasional assigned inbound leads from new prospects

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:

  • College degree with a minimum of 4+ years of B2B sales experience.

  • Ability to prioritize key accounts and opportunities, and to provide accurate sales forecasts

  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and relationships

  • Will consider junior level candidates with relevant experience and interest in sales. This is a great opportunity to learn many aspects of the industry!

  • This is a remote role, but candidates need to be based in either NY, NJ, CT, MA or any of the Northeast states
