Group Account Supervisor

(Tri-State Area) Medical communications company seeking a Group Account Supervisor. This role will lead distinct scopes of business, manage account teams, and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, developing and planning medical communications initiatives that adhere to brand strategy, achieve client objectives, and demonstrate strategic value. Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as primary account leader and interface between client and internal team, and proving close oversight to ensure delivery with high standards, on time, and within budget

  • Regularly communicate with account, medical, and creative leadership to ensure alignment with client expectations, and course correcting when needed

  • Engage in productive and solution-oriented discussions on project approach, budgets and scope, strategic and tactical planning, and cross-functional/cross-agency integration

  • Accumulate deep knowledge of client organizations, processes, and key players

  • Regularly monitor project financial and perform budget reviews, reconciliations, and forecasts

  • Explore opportunities for organic growth and new business

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing/Advertising or related field.

  • 7+ years in account management, client services, or program management experience within a healthcare communications agency or the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in promotional medical communications with a proven track record in flawless planning and omnichannel execution

  • Strong foundation in account leadership, client service, team development, and problem-solving

Salary: $140K + Bonus
